  Management Quota seats 2011-12

   Visvesvaraya College of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, a second venture, has been established by the members of JES, with the approval of All India Council for technical Education, New Delhi and the Govt, of Andhra Pradesh .The institution is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad. The promoters are drawn from different occupations and have vast experience in theadministration of Engineering Colleges.   

    Infrastructure

     The Institutions has permanent buildings on the spacious sprawling campus in the midst of natural green & pollution free       environment very conducive to teaching and learning.

    All the labs are fully equipped with latest equipment and machinery. All the vital ingredients have been added to the infrastructure to make the  institution by example in intellectual maturity. The library has been already equipped with 1754 titles with  8686 volumes of books and 55   journals. The provision is made for E-library to provide access to additional books and journals.

   Campus
    The vcet is located at m.p.patelguda (v), ibrahimpatnam (m), Ranga Reddy (Dist) on Hyderabad – Nagarjunsagar High way. It is just 15 k.m from Dilsuknagar and i.s Sadan. Apsrtc bus stop called Bongloor ‘x’ Road is just a 8 minutes walk .All the Buses towards ibrahimpatnam will pass through this ‘x’ Road. The nearest Airport is Hyderabad. A mineral water plant is provided in the institution to supply  pure drinking water. A canteen is provided within the campus of the institution to provide fresh, nutritious & hygienic food at nominal  rate

                                

English language lab
To improve the communication skills in English Language, English Language communication skills Lab has been    established with updated  software. The lab is fully supported with software skill development.

     

Computing Facilities The computer center has been fully established with 240 HCL P IV Systems with LCD   Monitors & 20 printers, All the systems are provided with  LAN and supported by powerful UPS systems. All   computers are provided 24 hours high speed internet facility.

I.T-Work Shop i.t-work shop has been fully setup to provide hardware and software knowledge in an integrated   manner.

 

   Sree Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Mahabubnagar, the First venture, was established by them in 1998,offering B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA & MBA courses.
